1. 压测方案设计与负责：负责服务端压测方案设计、测试用例编写、阈值定义与结果分析(此前无正职负责,外包仅执行、不设计与分析)； 2. 全场景压力测试：覆盖长跑稳定性、高负载并发、边界条件、资源上限、异常恢复等场景，精准定位内存泄漏、句柄泄漏、CPU/连接数瓶颈、慢请求及雪崩临界点； 3. 性能问题闭环推进：与服务器程序以及其它上下游同学的紧密合作，输出"现象+数据+初步根因定位"，推动性能问题高效修复与验证闭环； 4. 弱网与网络鲁棒性验证：搭建/使用弱网环境，验证丢包、延迟、抖动、断线重连等场景下的服务端表现与恢复能力； 5. 安全 / 反外挂共担：与团队共担安全测试与反外挂相关验证； 6. 外包管理：制定压测执行规范、数据采集标准与交付模板，指导外包完成执行并Review结果质量。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上服务端/性能测试经验，有大型在线服务压测经验优先； 2. 熟练掌握至少一种压测工具与脚本编写(JMeter / Locust / k6 / 自研框架等)，能独立设计场景、构造数据、定义通过阈值等； 3. 熟悉 Linux 服务器环境，能独立使用监控与排查工具(top/htop、iostat、netstat、火焰图 perf/async-profiler 等)分析资源瓶颈； 4. 熟悉常见服务端中间件与存储(MySQL / Redis / MQ 等)的资源特性，理解连接池、缓存、GC、锁对性能的影响； 5. 熟悉网络协议(TCP/UDP/WebSocket/HTTP)，能构造弱网与异常网络条件进行测试； 6. 了解服务端代码与日志，具备初步定位根因的能力,与开发高效协同； 7. 具备较强的责任心与自驱力，且能独立完成核心模块业务的工作，且能输出相应的规范文档。

加分项 1. 有游戏服务端(战斗服 / 大厅服 / 匹配 / 跨服)压测与容量评估经验； 2. 熟悉分布式压测、容量规划与性能建模； 3. 有压测平台搭建或自动化压测流水线建设经验； 4. 了解反外挂机制/或安全测试方法。
