1.本科及以上学历，1年以上测试或性能数据采集相关经验； 2.熟悉Windows/Android平台操作，能按标准流程使用性能采集与监控工具(如 PerfDog / GPUProfiler / 系统自带监控等)； 3.具备较强的执行力和数据敏感度，能稳定、准确地完成重复性数据采集任务； 4.沟通顺畅，能配合团队排期与调度，响应及时。 加分项 1.有游戏客户端性能采集或压测执行经验； 2.了解弱网环境测试或自动化脚本执行； 3.对游戏研发流程有基本认知。
