1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏测试经验，独立负责过大型关卡测试，有完整大型游戏项目从研发到上线的全程经历者优先； 2、熟悉客户端、服务端、自动化框架、引擎等至少一项专项测试能力，具备关卡类型自动化实践经历者优先； 3、熟悉场编与美术工作流，主导或参与过关卡资产治理流程建设者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够精准、高效地传递问题，拥有跨团队推动力与合作精神，能够适应一定强度的工作节奏，具备团队管理经验者优先； 5、熟悉计算机基础知识，理解底层运行机制，具备白盒测试能力，有AI测试提效实践经验者优先； 6、热爱游戏，具备丰富的游戏阅历，对游戏品质有较高要求与审美标准，对市面上优秀游戏的场景设计有独立见解者优先。
