1、围绕游戏 IP 定位、产品调性及营销目标，负责宣发物料的视觉概念策划与设计落地； 2、负责主视觉、KV、角色海报、版本宣传物料、品牌联动视觉及系列化延展设计； 3、根据产品卖点、角色设定和内容主题，提炼视觉概念，产出创意提案、Mood Board、视觉风格方案及设计规范。 4、将角色美术、场景美术、动画及演出资产转化为适用于营销传播的视觉语言，确保宣发内容与产品调性一致； 5、把控视觉方案从概念探索到最终交付的完整过程，包括构图、色彩、字体、材质、画面层级及系列物料的一致性； 6、持续研究游戏、动画、影视、广告及潮流文化中的视觉风格与表现技法，并结合项目需求进行创意转化； 7、负责外部设计、插画、三维等供应商的创意定向、方案评审及最终质量验收。

1、具备3年以上游戏、娱乐、广告或品牌领域的视觉创意及平面设计经验；有大型游戏、长线运营产品或成熟 IP 项目经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的美术功底和成熟的平面审美，对构图、色彩、字体、版式、材质及画面氛围有较强判断力； 3、能够从产品卖点、角色特征及内容主题中提炼视觉概念，并形成具有辨识度和传播力的视觉方案； 4、具备独立完成视觉项目的能力，能够覆盖概念构思、风格探索、设计执行及系列化延展，而非仅承担制作执行； 5、对游戏 IP、角色内容和不同游戏品类的视觉表达有较深入的理解；对目标产品所属品类具备稳定的内容审美； 6、应聘时需提交个人作品集，并注明本人在项目中的具体职责、参与环节及实际贡献。 加分项 1、有游戏主视觉、角色视觉、版本营销、品牌联动或大型整合营销项目经验； 2、具备插画、三维、动态视觉、字体设计或视觉设定能力； 3、能够使用生成式 AI 工具进行概念探索、风格测试或制作流程提效； 4、有成熟的插画师、设计工作室、三维团队或其他视觉供应商资源。
