1. 熟悉 AI 角色配置：深度使用过 SillyTavern（酒馆）或Character.ai 等 AI 角色扮演平台。熟练掌握基础的 Prompt 结构和调试技巧，知道怎么把一长串设定变成 AI 能听懂的指令; 2. 基础的逻辑测试能力：不要求是程序员，但能熟练使用 VS Code 等基础编辑器，愿意且能够使用 AI 辅助工具（如 Cursor/ChatGPT）写点简单的脚本，或者懂得如何用工具快速搭一个能对话跑通的小 Demo （简历/作品集中必须提供自己做过的相关小测试或玩法 Demo 截图/说明）; 3. 优秀的文字与人设感：文字功底扎实，对角色塑造敏感。能够快速理解并抓住一个角色的“说话灵魂”; （有原创 OC 创作经验，或电影/舞台剧剧本、写过同人/跑团团建剧本者优先，需提供文字作品集） 4. 除了解 GPT、Claude 等通用大模型，熟悉角色扮演类（RP）擅长模型，清楚它们在文风表现、人设保持、逻辑连贯性上的“脾气”与优劣。
