1、全面了解实时照明技术(包括顶点照明，动态照明，次表面散射，HDR和预烘焙的光照贴图解决方案)，具备扎实的艺术功底，包括对色彩理论、构图、灯光和造型的全面理解； 2、熟练掌握ue4灯光、材质模块，对渲染技术、照明、阴影等有深入的理解； 3、能够从参考资料中发现和总结关键的照明细节,找到适用的灯光信息； 4、有突出的色彩及美术审美能力，能够胜任复杂的室内和室外场景灯光需求，有UE4/Unity灯光开发经验。

加分项： 1、已参与PC或主机游戏发行，熟悉3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop和三方灯光工具； 2、有较强的学习能力和敬业精神,有较好的沟通能力和领悟能力； 3、热情的游戏玩家，具有丰富的视频游戏经验。
