1、排期与进度管理：负责系统或任务管线内需求的排期制定与动态调整，跟进需求从规划到落地的全流程进度，锚定关键里程碑，确保各项任务按计划有序推进、按时交付； 2、跨岗位协同推进：搭建并落地管线内高效、透明的日常沟通机制，主动组织策划、程序、美术、QA等多岗位信息同步与决策会议，及时传递排期变更与进度状态，协调解决各环节衔接中的协作问题，保障研发节奏稳定； 3、风险识别与响应：持续监控管线内任务进度与品质风险，敏锐识别排期偏差、资源瓶颈等潜在卡点，及时预警并推动解决方案落地，确保项目按计划推进； 4、流程与工具优化：参与研发全环节协作，协助推动流程标准化与工具轻量化落地，持续提升排期准确性与团队执行效率，支撑Feature Team在高频迭代中保持高效运转。

1、2年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，其中至少1年以上PM全职岗位经验； 2、掌握项目管理知识体系，熟悉游戏研发流程及敏捷开发模式，具备PMP、CSM或相关认证者优先； 3、具备游戏研发项目排期管理或统筹协调经验，能快速适配高频迭代、多线并行的研发节奏； 4、出色的沟通协调能力和时间管理能力，逻辑清晰、严谨细致，能在快节奏中梳理主次、推动多方事项闭环； 5、热爱游戏行业，自我驱动，抗压能力，善于在突发问题中快速响应并推动解决。
