1、本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上技术相关工作经验（程序/QA/测开等技术背景出身优先），有1年以上游戏项目经验； 2、熟悉项目管理流程，持有PMP证书且掌握敏捷开发或瀑布流开发模式优先； 3、熟悉 TAPD、Jira、飞书自动化、多维表格等项目管理工具优先； 4、对游戏行业有深刻理解，能快速适应多变需求，良好的时间管理和多任务处理能力，保持高效工作； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调、团队领导能力以及主观能动性，有较强的推动力和责任心； 6、较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，优秀的逻辑思维能力，能对技术内容做出基础判断，减少信息差。
