1. 与交互、GUI、动效、程序等配合协作，完成UI界面工程与动效功能的开发； 2. 跟进设计效果在产品中的最终实现，保证设计品质与实现品质一致； 3. 理解界面动效设计基本原则，掌握动效制作的必要基本技能，能制作基础动效并配合动效师为落地更高级的UI表现效果提供解决方案； 4. 使用AI辅助工具不断优化UI的重构效率，提升UMG编辑器的操作体验，配合AI与程序为UI落地提供各种工具支持。

1. 熟悉UE5的UMG系统与Animation，能够高精度的完成UI界面重构，并完成基础动效的创建； 2. 熟悉UI资产库与组件库的搭建与整理维护； 3. 会使用PS、Figma、AE等设计工具； 4. 对UE5的材质、Niagara、Sequence等系统有了解与实际运用； 5. 具备良好的沟通表达、文档编写、细节把控能力与一定的程序逻辑思维； 6. 热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，具备一定审美能力，能拆解优秀游戏的UI设计，形成独立见解。

加分项： 1.了解过计算机图形学基本知识，了解渲染管线、着色器等概念； 2.有编程基础，熟悉C++； 3.对UI的性能开销分布方面有了解。
