1. 根据游戏规划、版本内容和项目预期，独立梳理UGC内容策略规划，根据规划推动内容制作与验收，并且在工作推进过程中，不断完善制作流程； 2. 负责官方社区UGC激励活动的统筹、规划及落地，并根据运营目标及内容生态，调整活动形式，提升内容丰富度； 3. 负责平台创作者的发掘、培养与维系工作。根据运营目的，制定有效的创作者引入&激励机制、内容输出策略，提升创作者规模、拓展内容赛道，丰富社区内容生态； 4. 负责游戏热点的跟进与产出，配合游戏节点和社区热点，策划与制作社区内容、话题讨论等，促进玩家活跃。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上玩家运营相关工作经验，鸣潮深度玩家、ACT品类深度玩家优先； 2. 热爱二次元，对二次元品类游戏及玩家群体有深入理解，了解各大社区内容生态及运营规则，对二次元内容有一定熟悉度、敏感度； 3. 有良好的文案功底、审美能力、创意能力，可独立规划和落地内容物料； 4. 工作认真负责、耐心细致，有较强的主观能动性、运营意识、协作意识，及良好的沟通能力、项目管理能力，可以独立串联各模块、合作部门之间的合作。
