1、负责数据平台后端模块开发，涵盖元数据、指标报表、自助分析、数据权限等功能，对接 StarRocks 支撑业务数据分析； 2、参与需求分析、技术方案设计、编码自测，配合测试完成验收，保障项目按期交付； 3、主动排查系统隐患，保障平台服务高效、安全、稳定运行； 4、攻坚技术难点，针对新业务场景开展技术预研并输出落地方案，协同落地需求； 5、完成 DAG 调度平台集成与二次开发，实现任务编排、监控告警，统一权限与数据源体系； 6、对接数仓团队封装数据同步、治理、元数据采集接口，打通底层数据链路。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验； 2、精通 Java，熟悉面向对象设计，拥有扎实数据结构与算法基础； 3、了解网络及数据安全，掌握接口鉴权、行列级权限、数据脱敏实现思路； 4、熟练使用 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis 等主流开发框架； 5、熟练 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis、Kafka，具备中间件性能调优能力； 6、掌握 OLAP SQL 开发与调优，熟悉 StarRocks 使用； 7、沟通协调、项目规划执行力强，可主动推进项目落地。
