Dan pas jij perfect bij Gebr. Van Kessel Smits Neuchâtel. Wij leiden jou op tot vakman. Ervaring is geen must, motivatie wel! Wij leveren en verwerken al meer dan 140 jaar hoogwaardige, projectmatige vloersystemen. Wil je dit specialisme leren? Dan staat een leermeester klaar om jou op te leiden tot vakspecialist.

Jouw baan

Jouw uitvalsbasis is Utrecht, maar de projecten liggen door het hele land. Om 07.00 uur start jouw dag op de projectlocatie. In je eigen bedrijf bus rijd je naar de klus, met jouw muziek op de achtergrond. Jij zorgt samen met je collega’s voor het aanbrengen van de beste vloersystemen in de bouw- en maritieme sector.

Vandaag ga je samen met 3 collega’s een parkeergarage onder handen nemen. Na een kop koffie en voorbespreking gaan jullie aan de slag met het voorbereiden van de betonnen ondergrond. Vervolgens kan de eerste primer met een spaan worden aangebracht zodat er een goede basis ligt. Bovenop deze onderlaag zullen jullie de komende dagen 3 andere kunststofsysteemlagen aanbrengen en instrooien zodat een stevige en mooie afwerking ontstaat.

Hoe de planning er precies uit komt te zien hoor je snel van de uitvoerder. Volgende week kun je op een groot schip aan het werk zijn om een robuust buitendek te smeren, een antistatische vloer aan te brengen in een levensmiddelenfabriek of ga je op een luxe jacht aan het werk om de finishing touch te geven met een prachtige kunststof gietvloer. Jij weet je als geen ander op deze verschillende locaties houding te geven richting de opdrachtgever en andere bedrijven die je hier tegenkomt. Of het nu over het voorbereiden, mengen, aanbrengen of afwerken gaat, jij pakt het aan.

Onze leermeesters staan naast je. Ze leren je het vak de producten als epoxy en PU, vieren successen met je en geven eerlijke feedback wanneer dat nodig is. Iedereen leert hier door te doen, misschien word jij later zelf wel de leermeester van een nieuwe vakman!

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je bent een aanpakker die graag buiten werkt en nauwkeurig te werk gaat. Je houdt van vrijheid én samenwerken aan een goed eindresultaat. Verder:

  • Je start graag als leerling of volgt al een technische opleiding
  • Je hebt rijbewijs B (BE is een pré of haal je via ons)
  • Je hebt een VCA of wilt dit snel behalen
  • Kun je een VOG / VGB/c aanleveren ivm de werkomgevingen waar we werkzaam kunnen zijn
  • Ervaring met kunststofvloeren is een pré
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en werkt graag samen en gaat altijd voor het beste resultaat.
