Jouw baan Als voorman bij KWS Infra vervul je een belangrijke rol: op het project ben jij namelijk de rechterhand van de uitvoerder. Met jouw uitgebreide kennis van grondwerk en wegenbouw binnen de infrastructuur stuur je een team van vakmannen aan en onderhoud je nauw contact met de uitvoerder. Je weet hoe je een positieve werksfeer creëert en collega’s op de juiste manier motiveert.

Samen met een ervaren team werk je dagelijks aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van diverse infrastructurele projecten zoals bestratingen, wegen en rioleringen. Buiten werken is helemaal jouw ding, ongeacht de weersomstandigheden.

Tijdens jouw werk houd je het overzicht, je signaleert tijdig knelpunten in het project, zorgt dat materialen en materieel op tijd beschikbaar zijn en bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer de uitvoerder er niet is. Bij KWS staat veiligheid altijd voorop. Jij zorgt er elke dag voor dat de werkplek veilig is voor jou en je collega’s. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat iedereen aan het eind van de dag weer veilig naar huis gaat.

  • Een fulltime bruto salaris afgestemd op kennis en ervaring.

  • Uitdagende projecten door Noord-Holland, Utrecht en Schiphol, afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats.

Jouw kwaliteiten Jij bent iemand die kennis en inzichten op een duidelijke manier weet over te brengen. Je geeft heldere instructies en aanwijzingen en hebt altijd oog voor veiligheid. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ruime werkervaring als Vakman GWW
  • Ben je zelfstandig en denk je proactief mee met de uitvoerder
  • Ben je woonachtig in omgeving Utrecht, rondom Amsterdam of in Noord-Holland
  • Ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
