  • Erste Schritte im Vertrieb: Du lernst, wie man neue Kunden gewinnt und bestehende Kundenbeziehungen pflegt. Dabei nutzt du unser CRM-System und wirst von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen begleitet.
  • Kunden verstehen: Du findest heraus, wo unsere Interessenten aktuell stehen, und lernst, wie du daraus erste Lösungsansätze ableitest.
  • Lösungen präsentieren: Mit der Zeit entwickelst du Sicherheit in der Präsentation unserer Produkte und Services – gerne auch gemeinsam im Team.
  • Angebote erstellen: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und lernst, wie man Verkaufschancen verfolgt und zum Abschluss bringt.
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten im CRM: Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten, hältst deine Pipeline aktuell und lernst, wie man Leads qualifiziert.

Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb – z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder eine Ausbildung
  • Interesse an IT-Themen – du bist neugierig auf Digitalisierung, Software und neue Technologien
  • Begeisterung für den Kundenkontakt – du kannst zuhören, Fragen stellen und möchtest überzeugen
  • Lernbereitschaft & Eigeninitiative – du möchtest dich entwickeln und Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Kommunikationsfreude – du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und trittst offen auf
  • Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine in der Region
