  • Du konzipierst, installierst und wartest die Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur der L-mobile Unternehmensgruppe
  • Du planst und setzt Netzwerksegmentierungen sowie Sicherheitsmaßnahmen um (Firewall, WAF, IPS, MFA)
  • Du betreibst und erweiterst Cloud- und Virtualisierungsplattformen (Microsoft Azure, Wortmann TerraCloud, VMware)
  • Du verantwortest die Standortvernetzung, VPN-Lösungen und die Absicherung von Endgeräten
  • Du pflegst und überwachst E-Mail-Systeme inkl. Sicherheitsmechanismen (Spamfilter, SPF, DMARC, DKIM)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Management, Head of Development, CISO und externen Datenschutzbeauftragten zusammen
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Konzepte, Richtlinien und Notfallpläne für IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Du planst Budgets und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Softwareentwicklung
  • Du dokumentierst Systemkonfigurationen und unterstützt bei Audits sowie internen Sicherheitsprüfungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Techniker:in), Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Netzwerk- und Serveradministration, idealerweise 5 Jahre
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (VLAN, Routing, VPN) und IT-Security
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Azure, Veeam, VMware)
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Sophos-Firewalls, HP/Aruba Switches und gängigen IT-Sicherheitslösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server Administration, Grundkenntnisse in Linux
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, analytisches Denken und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und fließendem Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1)
