Nos encontramos en búsqueda de Analista de Mantenimiento para integrar el área de Operaciones de nuestra compañía, en nuestro Complejo Industrial Pascual Mastellone – Gral. Rodriguez.

En tu día a día deberás ser agente de transferencia de conocimientos y aprendizajes, a través de la innovación, del personal técnico del Taller, a fin de mantener el estado de funcionamiento óptimo de los activos físicos, garantizando la continuidad de las operaciones y la mejora continua en el área de su especialidad y participar en la resolución de fallas de distinta complejidad técnica, asistiendo a los Supervisores de Turno en el marco del cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la Gerencia de Área.

Las principales responsabilidades de la posición se ven integradas por:

  • Implementar acciones de capacitación y entrenamiento en el puesto de trabajo de los Oficiales y Supervisores de Mantenimiento a fin de incrementar su conocimiento técnico y la efectividad de sus intervenciones.
  • Asistir técnicamente al personal técnico del Taller y ejecutar las tareas asignadas para las resoluciones de las acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Evaluar y proponer acciones de mejora continua en línea con el Plan de Mantenimiento de los activos físicos definidos por la Gerencia, para optimizar el uso de los recursos de presupuesto, calidad y eficiencia.
  • Implementar procesos relacionados con el orden, limpieza y la mejora continua.
  • Aplicar las normativas MAHPI/Calidad/Inocuidad y Normativa Legal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y metodologías definidas

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Electromecánica ó Mecánica (Excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Programar PLC (Deseable)
  • Experiencia en Mantenimiento Industrial (Deseable)

Será fundamental para esta posición contar con capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones, proactividad y gestión del cambio, orientado a resultados.
