Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un profesional para integrar la Supervisión del área de Operaciones de nuestra compañía.

En tu día a día deberás asegurar la elaboración de la producción asignada, teniendo en cuenta la calidad e inocuidad de los productos, y administrando los recursos del sector de manera eficiente.

Las principales responsabilidades de la posición se ven integradas por:

  • Controlar el cumplimiento del programa de producción diario.
  • Supervisar los recursos y equipos asignados a procesos, asegurando que se cumplan las normas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
  • Alternar los cambios de producción en caso de necesidad.
  • Supervisar el producto en distintos estados de elaboración.
  • Cumplir y hacer respetar procedimientos y metodologías que impacten en tu área, para asegurar la calidad e inocuidad de nuestros productos, la seguridad de las personas, BPM, y el mínimo impacto en el medio ambiente.
  • Evaluar y ejecutar los cambios tecnológicos.
  • Realizar informes diarios de producción, cumplimiento de programa, novedades, RDM, Balances, entre otros.
  • Coordinar acciones para mejoras de reclamos.
  • Gestionar procesos de mejora a partir de análisis de indicadores.
  • Realizar la confección del programa de producción a partir de los requerimientos transmitidos por el área de Administración de la producción.
  • Gestionar el desarrollo y capacitación del personal a su cargo y evaluar su desempeño de forma oportuna.

Requisitos

  • Formación de grado en Ingeniería Industrial, en alimentos, química o afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de supervisión con personal a cargo.

Es necesario para el rol que cuentes con disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos mañana, tarde y noche.
