Nos encontramos en búsqueda de Supervisor/a para integrar el área de Mantenimiento de nuestra planta Canals, Córdoba.

En tu día a día deberás controlar y coordinar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo dentro del esquema de gestión del sector, en los aspectos electromecánicos, a fin de mantener el estado de funcionamiento óptimo de los activos físicos y de garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones, cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos por la Gerencia de Mantenimiento.

Las principales responsabilidades de la posición se ven integradas por:

  • Dirigir técnicamente al personal del taller o planta y ejecutar las tareas asignadas para las resoluciones de las acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Evaluar y proponer acciones de mejora continua en línea con el Plan de Mantenimiento de los Activos Físicos definidos, para optimizar el uso de los recursos de presupuesto, calidad y eficiencia.
  • Ejecutar los instructivos técnicos de trabajo y proponer mejoras técnicas para ser más eficientes las intervenciones de los Oficiales de Mantenimiento.
  • Implementar dentro de sus tareas diarias los procesos relacionados con el orden, limpieza y mejora continua.
  • Aplicar las normativas de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad, Calidad, Inocuidad y Legal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y metodologías definidas.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica en electromecánica, mecánica o electricista.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Disponibilidad para radiscarse en Canals y realizar turnos rotativos.
