En Laboratorio Elea queremos sumar a nuestro equipo un/a: Jefe de Ventas Interior - OTC🚀

Será responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial y la ejecución de ventas de la línea de productos OTC en el interior del país, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de volumen, participación de mercado, cobertura y rentabilidad. Tiene a su cargo un equipo multidisciplinario compuesto por Key Account Executives (KAE), Key Account Managers (KAM) y representantes de Trade Marketing/RTM (APF), promoviendo una gestión alineada con la estrategia comercial de la compañía.

📝¿Cuáles serían tus tareas?

  • Desarrollar e implementar el plan comercial para el canal OTC en el interior del país.
  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de KAE, KAM y RTM (APF), estableciendo objetivos y realizando seguimiento de desempeño.
  • Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con distribuidores, cadenas de farmacias, mayoristas y clientes estratégicos regionales.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de Trade Marketing y visibilidad en punto de venta.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión (sell in, sell out, cobertura, mix de productos, participación de mercado y rentabilidad) impulsando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar planes de crecimiento para las distintas regiones.
  • Coordinar acciones comerciales con las áreas involucradas para garantizar una ejecución eficiente.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes y acompañamiento en campo al equipo comercial.
  • Elaborar forecast de ventas y participar activamente en el proceso de planificación comercial.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitamos de vos para sumarte al equipo?​ ​

  • Formación: Graduados/as de las carreras de Comercialización, Marketing o a fines.
  • Experiencia sólida en posiciones de liderazgo comercial dentro de la industria farmacéutica, consumo masivo o health care, preferentemente en negocios OTC.
  • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave, distribuidores y cadenas de farmacias.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, negociación, análisis comercial y orientación a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente por el interior del país.
