Descripción del puesto

Buscamos incorporar un/a Operario/a de Pañol para sumarse al equipo de Ingeniería dentro de la Dirección de Operaciones en turno tarde (14:00 a 22:30pm).

La posición tiene como objetivo garantizar la correcta gestión, control y disponibilidad de repuestos, materiales y herramental, asegurando su trazabilidad y almacenamiento.

📝¿Cuáles serían tus tareas?

  • Recibir, identificar, clasificar y almacenar repuestos, materiales y herramental.
  • Controlar stock, inventarios y movimientos en sistema de gestión (INFOR / SAP).
  • Entregar materiales y atender requerimientos de Mantenimiento, Ingeniería de Producción y otras áreas.
  • Hacer seguimiento de materiales críticos, faltantes y necesidades de reposición.
  • Llevar el control documental, la trazabilidad y el registro de movimientos.
  • Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de actividades vinculadas a la gestión de materiales.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua, estandarización de procesos e implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos que den visibilidad al sector y proyecten oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitamos de vos para sumarte al equipo?​ ​

  • Secundario completo (excluyente).
  • Será un plus valorado contar con formación técnica (Electromecánica, Mecánica o Electrónica), o estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o carreras afines a Mantenimiento.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en puestos similares (preferente).
  • Manejo de SAP y/o INFOR y Paquete Office.(preferente).
  • Conocimiento de herramental industrial y repuestos mecánicos, eléctricos y neumáticos (preferente).
  • Conocimientos de metodología 5S y mejora continua.(preferente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar desde Villa de Mayo/Los Polvorines en turno tarde de lunes a viernes.
