El reto

Lakmé sigue creciendo y por ello, buscamos a un/a Area Manager que se encargue de incrementar nuestra presencia en los mercados internacionales, buscando y gestionando a distribuidores y proporcionándoles herramientas como partner para conseguir los objetivos fijados.

Reportando a la Dirección Comercial te ocuparás de:

  • Fidelizar y dar seguimiento a los distribuidores existentes.
  • Gestionar formaciones y actividades promocionales, junto a los equipos de formación y de marketing.
  • Organizar y representar a la compañía en ferias, eventos y foros del sector.
  • Buscar y captar nuevos distribuidores a nivel internacional.
  • Participar en la definición y elaboración del presupuesto anual de ventas para los mercados asignados.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto del área bajo tu responsabilidad, así como analizar las desviaciones y proponer posibles medidas correctoras.
  • Elaborar informes mensuales y anuales para el reporte a la dirección.

Requisitos:

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si tienes:

  • Nivel inglés excelente (C1 mínimo).
  • Fuerte actitud comercial: buenas habilidades de comunicación, presentación en público, persuasión y negociación.
  • Disponibilidad 40% viajes internacionales.
  • Capacidad analítica: eres capaz de analizar tus ventas, sacar insights de tus datos y argumentarlos delante de la dirección.
  • Team playing: eres muy orientado o orientada al logro, pero el equipo viene antes que el resto.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el área comercial, gestionando de forma autónoma a tu cartera de clientes.

Valorable:

  • Experiencia en el sector cosmético o similar.
