El reto

LAKMÉ sigue creciendo y por ello, buscamos a un/a persona con interés en desarrollar su carrera en el área de Trade Marketing. Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender cómo se activan las marcas en diferentes canales, colaborando en proyectos que conectan el punto de venta físico, digital y los salones profesionales.

Tu misión será dar soporte al equipo de Marketing en la preparación y ejecución de campañas, lanzamientos y acciones comerciales, contribuyendo a maximizar el sell-out y la experiencia del cliente.

Reportando a la Brand Manager, aprenderás a:

  • Dar soporte en la preparación e implementación de los planes de Trade Marketing alineados con las prioridades estratégicas de LAKMÉ.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y adaptación de materiales de activación (POS, argumentarios comerciales, presentaciones, planogramas y activaciones 360º) para apoyar al equipo comercial.
  • Colaborar en la creación y coordinación de campañas comerciales dirigidas a salones profesionales, distribuidores y retailers.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de proyectos omnicanal, contribuyendo a mantener una experiencia de marca coherente en todos los puntos de contacto.
  • Realizar análisis básicos de ventas, activaciones y KPIs para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Coordinarse con equipos internos (Marketing, Comercial, Compras) y proveedores externos para garantizar timings, calidad y eficiencia presupuestaria.
  • Participar en la búsqueda de nuevas ideas, formatos y herramientas que ayuden a mejorar la experiencia del cliente y la visibilidad de la marca.
  • Preparar planogramas.

Requisitos:

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si:

  • Puedes firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios.
  • Estás cursando o has finalizado recientemente estudios universitarios en Marketing, ADE, Comercio, Publicidad, Comunicación o similares.
  • Tienes nivel de inglés avanzado C1.
  • Te interesa desarrollar tu carrera profesional en el ámbito del Trade Marketing.
  • Manejas herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Eres una persona organizada, proactiva y con atención al detalle.
  • Disfrutas trabajando en equipo y coordinándote con diferentes interlocutores.
  • Tienes capacidad analítica y ganas de aprender sobre negocio, marketing y ventas

Valorable:

  • Prácticas previas o participación en proyectos relacionados con Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail o Gran Consumo.
  • Conocimientos básicos de SAP.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos.
