The posting

Para nuestra central, ubicada en Sant Just Desvern, buscamos a un/a Operario o Operaria de Mantenimiento Electromecánico.

Reportando al Responsable de Mantenimiento, te ocuparás de:

  • Realizar el mantenimiento correctivo/preventivo de la maquinaria de producción (reactores y líneas de envasado). Dicho mantenimiento incluye tareas de mecánica, electrónica, instrumentación, montaje, electricidad, neumática y programación.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
  • Investigar y realizar propuestas de mejora, junto a la dirección del área, para realizar planes de acción vinculados a la productividad, rendimiento y seguridad de los equipos.
  • Reportar e introducir los resultados de las operaciones de mantenimiento realizadas en GMAO.
  • Cumplir la normativa de seguridad y los procedimientos operativos.

La oportunidad:

Te ofrecemos:

  • Trabajo por turnos (4 semanas en turno de tarde de 13:45-21:45h, 1 semana en Turno de mañana de 6:00-14:00 h.)
  • Viernes jornada intensiva (Turno de mañana: de 6:00-13:00 h., turno de tarde: 12:45-19:45h).
  • Salario en base a la experiencia aportada.

Requisitos:

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si tienes:

  • FP Grado Superior en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electricidad/Electrónica, Automatización o similar; o FP Grado medio con al menos 3 años de experiencia acumulada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial (preferible sector cosmético, perfumería, alimentación, farma, o similares).
  • Flexibilidad y disponibilidad para trabajar en los dos turnos de producción.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva y orientada a resultados. Que tenga capacidad de análisis para la identificación y resolución de problemas.

Muy valorable:

  • Conocimientos de Paquete Office, GMAO.
  • Conocimientos de Tia Portal.
  • Experiencia anterior en mantenimiento y reparación de máquinas de envasado.
  • Conocimientos de las normativas GMP sector cosmético.
