【工作內容】

  • 人資行政與日常營運 (People Operations Support) - 系統資料維護： 協助維護人資系統資料，確保員工檔案與人事資料的正確性與完整性。 - 到職營運支援： 支援員工到職 (Onboarding) 準備作業（如：識別證製作、新人禮包準備、座位安排）。 - 行政流程優化： 協助基礎的人資行政流程優化與資料整理。
  • 辦公室行政管理 (Office Management) - 協助辦公室日常行政事務，包含櫃台迎賓接待、信件包裹收發與分類。 - 協助辦公用品、零食點心及日常物資的採購、清點與庫存管理。 - 協助維護辦公室環境設備及公共空間秩序，與外部廠商（如：清潔、修繕）維持良好聯繫。
  • 招募支援 (Recruitment Support) - 招募漏斗第一關： 協助從招募平台進行初步的履歷篩選。 - 初次人才接觸： 負責初次電話面試，確認候選人的應徵意願、基本背景與時間配合度。 - 面試行程協調： 協助安排與聯繫後續面試行程。
