我們正在尋找具備數據分析、會員經營與行銷執行力的會員經營人才！

你將負責用戶的經營與留存，透過用戶分群、回購策略與會員活動，提升用戶使用頻率與品牌黏著度。同時，你也將透過數據分析與行銷成效追蹤，持續優化會員經營策略，在有效控制行銷成本的同時，推動用戶價值與平台成長。

【工作內容】

  • 規劃並執行會員經營策略，依據不同用戶的使用頻率與行為設計方案，提升既有用戶回購率與使用頻率。
  • 分析用戶輪廓、消費行為與產品使用情況，進行會員分群，找出不同用戶的需求與經營機會，制定精準的行銷策略。
  • 規劃並執行沉睡用戶召回策略，透過數據分析與行銷活動提升流失用戶回流率，達成每月會員召回目標。
  • 負責 Lalamove Rewards 會員經營與相關活動，規劃會員成長策略，提升會員參與度、點數兌換率與會員數。
  • 追蹤會員活動與行銷專案成效，分析 ROI 等關鍵指標，持續優化活動策略與資源配置，確保行銷投入效益。
  • 與香港總部及區域團隊合作，分享用戶洞察與行銷成效，並協作推動會員經營相關專案。

  • 數據分析與洞察能力：具備數據敏感度，能從會員與行銷數據中找出 Insight，並轉化為具體的經營與優化方案。
  • 會員經營思維：理解用戶需求與消費行為，能從不同使用情境思考回購、留存與會員經營策略。
  • 主動與執行力：能獨立規劃並推進專案，主動發現問題並提出解決方案，確保目標與時程達成。
  • 創意與市場敏感度：對電商、數位行銷與市場趨勢有興趣，能將市場觀察轉化為會員經營的創新做法。
  • 溝通與協作能力：能與內部團隊及區域夥伴有效合作，清楚表達想法並推動專案落地。

【工作待遇】

  • 月薪 47,000 - 58,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
