The posting

The Mission

At TestMu AI (formerly LambdaTest), we aren't just automating scripts — we're deprecating the era of manual-heavy testing. We're building the world's first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle. The name "TestMu" comes from our community conference — our users and team aren't an audience, they're the heartbeat of what we build. We believe AI augments human potential, not replaces it.

As our Performance Marketer, you'll own the Google Ads engine that puts our agentic platform in front of engineering leaders, QA heads, and CTOs defining the next decade of testing. Google Ads as your primary lever. 70+ live campaigns as your canvas. Pipeline as your scoreboard.

The Pillars of Impact

🚀 Google Ads Execution & Scale 50%

  • Own Google Ads end-to-end across 70+ live campaigns — Brand, Competitor, Generic/Non-brand, Performance Max, AI Max, Search, Display, Video.
  • Manage $25K+ in monthly spend with disciplined CPC strategy — competitor campaigns the highest, generic second, brand lowest, calibrated to funnel stage.
  • Default to Phrase and Exact match types for new keyword builds; use Broad with intent, never by default, and keep auction waste out of the system.
  • Diagnose spend volatility in real-time — know when CPM is lifting, when creative is fatigued, when the form itself is losing conversions.

⚙️ Attribution, Analytics & Reporting 30%

  • Work fluently across attribution models — first touch, last touch, time decay, multi-touch — and know which model answers which question.
  • Build and own daily, weekly, and monthly reports that connect spend to pipeline, not just clicks to leads.
  • Use UTM parameters with discipline — campaign, source, medium, term, content — so every click is traceable to the campaign that earned it.
  • Partner with GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce (or any CRM) to close the loop from ad spend to revenue influenced.

🧠 Landing Pages, Creative & Optimisation 20%

  • Define landing page content and iterate on CTAs, copy, and layout — Hotjar, VWO, or similar — based on heatmaps and session data, not opinion.
  • Brief and shape ad creative with intent; AI handles the first draft, you handle the judgement on what actually converts.
  • Run continuous A/B tests across copy, creative, and landing flows — document what wins and what doesn't for the team's playbook.

The Bar

Non-negotiables. Every signal must be a yes.

Google Ads — in-and-out knowledge.

Fluent across Brand, Competitor, Generic, P-Max, AI Max. Not basic Search vs Display. You've shipped campaigns, not just reported on them.

$25K+ monthly budget managed.

Firm baseline. $20K considered only when every other signal is strong. Below $20K, this isn't the seat.

Attribution and diagnostic fluency.

First touch, last touch, time decay, multi-touch — you know them, and know when to use which. UTM depth is second nature.

Extreme Ownership.

Execution-first now, full channel strategy ownership as it evolves. You don't wait for the playbook. You write it.

The Interview Loop

Three rounds. Sharp, honest, and respectful of your time.

Round I · Talent Screen

30 min with the recruiting team — Google Ads fundamentals, campaign depth, baseline criteria check.

Round II · Hiring Manager

45 min with Himanshu Gulati (Director, Demand Generation) — your campaigns, your numbers, your diagnostic thinking.

Final · Leadership Conversation

30 min with our CMO — scope fit, long-term trajectory, mutual conviction.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
