Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Comptabilité Clients de Lapeyre Distribution, l’Aide Comptable Clients Distribution (H/F) contribue à la qualité et à la fiabilité des opérations de comptabilité clients. À ce titre, il/elle :

  • Est l’interlocuteur privilégié des magasins pour l’ouverture des comptes clients professionnels et le suivi des impayés
  • Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin de garantir la bonne réalisation des travaux, de faciliter les arbitrages et d’assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client dans le respect des délais
  • Veille au respect des principes de contrôle interne du Groupe Lapeyre

Dans le cadre de ses missions, il/elle :

  • Gère l’ouverture des comptes clients professionnels
  • Vérifie et valide les informations légales
  • Assure la comptabilisation des impayés
  • Comptabilise les dossiers de remboursement transmis par les magasins
  • Comptabilise les dossiers liés aux protocoles ou au service après-vente client
  • Assure le suivi et la comptabilisation des remboursements Web
  • Suit le processus de validation des lettres de change relevé (LCR) et/ou des prélèvements SEPA

Qualifications

  • Formation de niveau BTS ou équivalent souhaitée
  • Une première expérience d’au moins un an en entreprise souhaitée
  • Des connaissances en comptabilité clients sont souhaitées
  • La connaissance des environnements ERP, notamment SAP, ainsi qu’une bonne aisance avec les systèmes informatiques sont souhaitées
  • Goût du travail en équipe et sens de la collaboration
  • Agilité, aisance relationnelle et bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques

  • Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) – démarrage souhaité à horizon 14 décembre 2026 au plus tard
  • Deux jours de télétravail par semaine après la période d’essai
