Description du poste

Au sein du CSP Comptable, sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Comptabilité Générale Groupe Lapeyre, le/la comptable général assure les travaux de comptabilité générale pour plusieurs sociétés.

A ce titre il/elle est chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

  • Enregistrer toutes les opérations de comptabilité générale
  • Enregistrer toutes les opérations de clôture mensuelle en collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion
  • Lettrer, valider et justifier les comptes généraux
  • Établir les rapprochements entre comptabilité générale et comptabilité auxiliaire
  • Réaliser des états de synthèses semestriels (bilan, compte de résultat,….)
  • Établir les Reporting mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon les normes Groupe (IFRS)
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales (TVA, TVS, CET, Liasses fiscales ….)
  • Participer aux rapprochements interco lors des clôtures trimestrielles
  • Réaliser toutes les analyses ponctuelles à la demande de la Direction du CSP
  • Réalise le suivi des encaissements, réceptions des avoirs BFA, remises logistiques
  • Réalise les demandes d’avoirs auprès des fournisseurs BFA, remises logistiques
  • Réalise la facturation des participations publicitaires
  • Établir le Reporting mensuel des BFA, remises logistiques et participations publicitaires

Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Contrôle de Gestion et les RAF des entités dont il a la charge et soumet à leur validation des états financiers selon le calendrier défini par le groupe.

Il est l’interlocuteur des commissaires aux comptes lors de différentes missions d’audit sur son périmètre.

Qualifications

  • Diplômé d’études supérieures en comptabilité et gestion (Bac+3 ou Bac+2 avec 3 à 4 années d’expérience)
  • Expérience réussie au sein d’une équipe comptable, idéalement en environnement CSP
  • Bonne connaissance en comptabilité générale idéalement acquis dans un environnement multi-sociétés
  • Connaissance des règles IFRS et de la fiscalité d’entreprise
  • Aptitude au travail en équipe, pro activité et adaptabilité
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes d’information de type ERP (SAP)
  • Très bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques (EXCEL et WORD)
