Spécialiste de l’équipement et de l’aménagement durable de la maison, Lapeyre accompagne les particuliers et les professionnels en proposant des gammes innovantes et attractives dans les domaines de l’aménagement, des bains, des cuisines, des menuiseries et des sols.

Parmi ses 9 sites de production répartis partout en France, COUGNAUD, situé à Aizenay, en Vendée, est la plus grande usine du groupe, avec plus de 280 salariés.

Spécialisé dans la fabrication de menuiseries PVC, le site maîtrise l’ensemble du processus industriel (extrusion de la matière, débit des profilés PVC et assemblage).

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur(se) de gestion H/F pour accompagner le pilotage économique et financier du site et contribuer à sa performance industrielle.

Description du poste

Missions :

  • Contribue activement aux travaux de clôture mensuelle / annuelle de 2 centres de profit (provisions FNP/écritures de stocks...) dans le respect des délais Groupe
  • Produit et analyse les indicateurs de performance économique et opérationnelle
  • Participe à l’élaboration des budgets et des reforecast, suit les résultats et analyse les écarts
  • Calcule, fiabilise et analyse les coûts de revient, les marges et les performances industrielles
  • Effectue le reporting et la consolidation auprès du Groupe
  • Identifie les leviers de réduction des coûts, contribue à la rentabilité du site et joue un rôle d’alerte
  • Soutient les responsables de production dans l’analyse de leurs performances et garantit une présence terrain régulière afin d’identifier les leviers d’amélioration

Qualifications

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des principes du contrôle de gestion industriel et du contrôle budgétaire
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodes de calcul des coûts de production.
  • Maîtrise de l'analyse des écarts entre coûts réels, standards et prévisionnels
  • Connaissance des mécanismes de valorisation des stocks.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus industriels et des flux de production
  • Compréhension des enjeux d'approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks
  • Capacité à analyser la rentabilité des produits et les effets des variations de volumes, de prix et de mix
  • Garantit la fiabilité des données financières et industrielles et contribue à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion

Logiciels :

  • Excel expert (Power Query, TCD, fonctions avancées)
  • ERP industriel / SAP FI CO ou équivalent
  • Outils de Business Intelligence (Power BI apprécié)
