L’entreprise, rachetée en juin 2021 par le Groupe Mutares, développe son plan stratégique Convergence & Croissance centré autour de la satisfaction clients.

Description du poste

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Directeur du magasin et membre du Comité de pilotage vous êtes responsable des services Approvisionnements, Réception et Rangement marchandises et Préparation de commandes, Retrait marchandises et Livraisons.

Votre mission en quelques mots :

  • Vous élaborez les objectifs de votre secteur, gérez et suivez vos indicateurs.
  • Vous veiller à optimiser et fiabiliser la gestion des stocks tout en garantissant la disponibilité des produits pour nos clients.
  • Vous êtes garant du flux de marchandises et de l'ensemble des activités logistiques et êtes responsable de la mise en place et du suivi des projets sur votre périmètre.
  • Vous veillez également à la planification et à l'organisation des commandes de nos clients (disponibilité des produits, livraison) et supervisez la gestion du SAV et des éventuels litiges.
  • Par ailleurs, vous garantissez l'accueil et la satisfaction de nos clients dans la zone de retrait de marchandises.
  • Vous êtes aussi garant du respect des règles de sécurité, du matériel de manutention et de stockage.

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous serez amenés à travailler en transverse avec les Responsables des différents services du magasin.

Vous animez une équipe de magasiniers caristes et Assistants Logistique afin de réaliser les objectifs de votre secteur tout en satisfaisant nos clients.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie en logistique dans un poste équivalent. Votre fibre commerciale, votre sens du contact et du service clients, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme, alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe sont vos principaux atouts pour atteindre vos objectifs et pour évoluer au sein de l’enseigne.
