Lapeyre est le spécialiste de l’équipement et de l'aménagement durable de la maison auprès des particuliers et des professionnels et propose une qualité et une diversité de gammes innovantes et attractives en Aménagements, Bains, Cuisines, Menuiseries et Sols.

L’une de ses usines, COUGNAUD, située à Aizenay, recherche dans le cadre d'un besoin de renfort de ses équipes, un Technicien(ne) de maintenance.

Description du poste

Missions :

En lien étroit avec l’équipe maintenance et son responsable, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Assurer les interventions curatives en toute sécurité.
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive planifiée.
  • Assurer les réglages des matériels de production.
  • Fiabiliser le fonctionnement des différents équipements.
  • Participez au suivi GMAO et à son actualisation.

Vous participez également à la mise en place des nouveaux équipements et vous êtes force de proposition sur l’amélioration continue des performances de nos équipements.

Conditions d’emploi :

  • Contrat en CDI
  • A pourvoir dès que possible
  • Horaires :

Poste à l’assemblage : 2x7 (5h30-12h30 / 12h30-19h30)

Poste à l’extrusion : 3x8 (5h00-13h00 / 13h00-21h00 / 21h00-5h00)

Qualifications

Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissances solides en mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique et électricité industrielle
  • Maîtrise de l’informatique industrielle (GMAO)
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer, réparer et optimiser les équipements.
  • Connaissance des logiciels du secteur et aptitude à apprendre le fonctionnement des machines.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme : BTS Maintenance Industrielle (ou équivalent)
