Fort de son savoir-faire de distributeur-fabricant, Lapeyre propose des produits de qualité, durables et adaptables, ainsi qu’une offre de conseils personnalisés et de nombreux services (Conseil à Domicile, Atelier, Livraison, Pose…).

Description du poste

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Responsable compact, vous apportez à nos clients les conseils avisés et les meilleures solutions à la bonne concrétisation de leurs projets dans l’optique de développer le Chiffre d’Affaires du magasin.

Nous avons besoin de vous pour satisfaire le client et le fidéliser !

Votre mission en quelques mots :

  • Accueillir les clients sur la surface de vente
  • Cerner leur projet cuisine, salle de bain et/ou menuiserie
  • Conseiller les clients pour répondre au mieux à leurs attentes
  • Vendre les produits de l’univers et les services associés (livraison, installation, financement et prestations atelier)
  • Gérer ses devis, ses dossiers installation et financement
  • Contribuer à la qualité et à l'animation de la salle d'exposition
  • Participer à la mise en place des opérations commerciales
  • Réceptionner les commandes clients (livraisons 2 fois par semaine)
  • Servir la marchandise au retrait client

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous intégrerez une équipe de Vendeurs - cuisine, salle de bain, menuiserie et serez amené à travailler en transverses avec les autres services du magasin (Installation, Logistique…).

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Une formation idéalement en vente, Bac à Bac+2 et/ou une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans la vente de cuisine et/ou salle de bain, menuiserie.

Votre fibre commerciale, un goût prononcé pour la performance, votre sens du contact et du service clients alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe sont vos principaux atouts pour atteindre vos objectifs et pour évoluer au sein de notre enseigne.

  • Salaire à compter de 2000 € selon profil
  • Prime variable mensuelle liée à l'activité du vendeur
  • 13ème mois progressif sur 4 années pleines (25%-50%-75%-100%), selon les conditions de versement de l’accord collectif
  • Prime d’ancienneté évolutive à partir de la 4ème année d’ancienneté révolue, selon les conditions de versement
  • Accord d'intéressement signé en 2025
