Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Directeur du magasin et membre du Comité de pilotage, vous animez et développez les ventes des produits et des services de votre point de vente à travers les différents univers menuiseries, salle de bains ou cuisine.

Nous avons besoin de vous pour satisfaire le client et le fidéliser !

Votre mission en quelques mots :

  • Vous suivez les objectifs et les budgets de votre point de vente,
  • Pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, vous mobilisez et managez votre équipe de vendeurs conseil afin de développer leurs compétences et leur chiffre d’Affaires.
  • Vous veillez à la qualité et à l'animation de la salle d'exposition afin de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.
  • Vous êtes garants du bon suivi du stock et de la mise à disposition de la marchandise pour les clients

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous serez amenés à travailler en transverse avec les Responsables des différents services du magasin.

Vous animez une équipe de 2 vendeurs afin de réaliser les objectifs du magasin tout en satisfaisant nos clients.

Ce poste est à pourvoir à Castres (81).

Le magasin est fermé le lundi.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie en gestion et en animation d’équipe de vente.

Votre goût du commerce et du challenge, votre sens du service client et votre dynamisme alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe vous permettront de réussir dans votre mission et d’évoluer au sein de l’enseigne.

  • Salaire fixe de 32k€ à 37k€- selon profil
  • Prime variable mensuelle 15% maximum du salaire (liée à critères métier)
  • 13ème mois progressif sur 4 années pleines (25%-50%-75%-100%), selon les conditions de versement de l’accord collectif
  • Prime d’ancienneté évolutive à partir de la 4ème année d’ancienneté révolue, selon les conditions de versement
  • Accord d'intéressement signé en 2025
