Responsabilités:

Facturation et Suivi des Comptes Clients:

  • Participer activement au processus de facturation des clients.
  • Préparer et associer les factures clients aux offres de services et bons de commande.
  • Obtenir les approbations nécessaires et effectuer les ajustements requis pour émettre les factures.
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux en cours des projets facturés.
  • Effectuer le suivi et la gestion des comptes clients.

Payables en Lien avec la Facturation:

  • Vérifier et traiter les factures fournisseurs dans le système comptable.
  • Vérifier et traiter les comptes de dépenses des employés.
  • Concilier et vérifier les états de compte des cartes de crédit et obtenir les reçus nécessaires.
  • Enregistrer les dépenses dans les comptes appropriés selon la nature des dépenses.
  • Obtenir les approbations requises avant de traiter les paiements.

Gestion des Dossiers:

  • Maintenir des registres organisés et bien classés, tant électroniques que papier, pour les comptes payables et recevables.

Exécuter toute tâche connexe en tant que membre de l'équipe de comptabilité.

Exigences:

  • Formation en administration et/ou comptabilité (un atout, mais non essentiel)
  • Présence au bureau de Montréal au moins 3 jours par semaine
  • Intérêt pour l'administration et la comptabilité
  • Compétences intermédiaires à avancées dans la Suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel
  • Expérience similaire (un atout, mais non essentiel)
  • Curiosité pour le monde des affaires
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Aptitude à identifier et résoudre les problèmes rapidement
  • Souci du détail et précision
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et sans supervision constante
  • Sens de l'organisation, discipline et gestion des priorités
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
