Vous recherchez un rôle varié qui vous permettra de toucher à plusieurs facettes des ressources humaines? Vous contribuerez à des dossiers et projets variés tout en développant votre expertise dans un environnement professionnel stimulant qui encourage l'autonomie et l'évolution professionnelle.

Responsabilités :

  • Accompagner les employé.e.s tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l'entreprise, de leur intégration jusqu'au suivi de leurs dossiers administratifs;
  • Être une personne-ressource pour les employé.e.s et les gestionnaires en assurant un service professionnel, efficace et axé sur les solutions;
  • Veiller à l'exactitude des feuilles de temps, des banques de congés et des données nécessaires au traitement de la paie;
  • Administrer et maintenir à jour les différents systèmes RH afin d'assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des informations;
  • Mettre en valeur l'expertise de nos employé.e.s en créant, mettant à jour et révisant leurs curriculums vitae et autres documents professionnels;
  • Collaborer à la rédaction de politiques, communications, attestations et autres documents soutenant les activités de l'entreprise;
  • Produire des rapports et analyses tout en offrant un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires, associés et équipes techniques;
  • Contribuer à la vie de l'entreprise en participant à l'organisation d'activités, à des projets RH et à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques.

Exigences :

  • AEC en support à la Gestion des ressources humaines, DEC en administration option ressources humaines; Certificat dans une discipline pertinente ou expérience pertinente;
  • Maitrise de la suite Office;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit, 50% des interactions sont en anglais pour supporter les employé.e.s de nos bureaux à travers le Canada;
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.

  • Excellente habileté pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles ;
  • Esprit d’équipe;
  • Rigueur, tact et discrétion.
