Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir, com autonomia, análises de due diligence para admissão e monitoramento contínuo de clientes, emissores, contrapartes, parceiros, prestadores de serviços e intermediários, avaliando riscos e recomendando os encaminhamentos necessários.
  • Realizar e revisar pesquisas reputacionais, análises de estruturas societárias complexas e identificação e qualificação de beneficiários finais e Pessoas Expostas Politicamente (PEPs), aprofundando as investigações conforme o nível de risco identificado.
  • Avaliar e classificar riscos de clientes e parceiros conforme a metodologia interna de Abordagem Baseada em Risco (ABR), bem como analisar apontamentos em listas restritivas e bases públicas, incluindo OFAC, CSNU, CEIS, CNEP e CEPIM.
  • Monitorar atualizações regulatórias e avaliar seus impactos nos processos e nas operações da infraestrutura, com ênfase nas normas aplicáveis da CVM, incluindo as Resoluções CVM 50, 31, 32, 33, 88, 160 e 175, entre outras.
  • Elaborar, revisar e atualizar políticas corporativas, regimentos internos, códigos de conduta e manuais operacionais, especialmente os relacionados a PLD/FTP, KYC/KYP e demais temas de Compliance.
  • Avaliar a aderência dos processos internos à regulamentação vigente e às boas práticas de governança corporativa, identificando oportunidades de melhoria em controles internos, segregação de funções e mitigação de riscos.
  • Elaborar e consolidar relatórios periódicos de Compliance, relatórios anuais de PLD/FTP e materiais técnicos para comitês internos e Conselho de Administração, apresentando análises, riscos identificados e recomendações.
  • Operar e acompanhar ferramentas de monitoramento de riscos e background check, analisando alertas automatizados, investigando ocorrências e propondo os encaminhamentos adequados para situações atípicas.
  • Conduzir apurações preliminares de indícios de irregularidades ou inconformidades, documentando evidências e subsidiando a avaliação e, quando aplicável, as comunicações aos órgãos competentes, como CVM e COAF.
  • Acompanhar canais de denúncia, planos de remediação e planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias internas e independentes, monitorando prazos, evidências e efetividade das medidas implementadas.
  • Desenvolver materiais técnicos e conduzir treinamentos corporativos sobre Compliance, PLD/FTP, ética e privacidade, adaptando a abordagem aos diferentes públicos e às necessidades das áreas operacionais e comerciais.

Hard Skills

  • Formação: Graduação completa em Direito, Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Atuação sólida em Compliance, Controles Internos ou Risco Regulatório, preferencialmente no mercado financeiro e de capitais.
  • Conhecimento regulatório: Domínio da Resolução CVM nº 50/2021 e conhecimento das Resoluções CVM nº 31, 32 e 33, além de familiaridade com a Lei Anticorrupção e a LGPD.
  • Due diligence e controles: Experiência com KYC/KYP, identificação de beneficiários finais, análise de estruturas societárias, elaboração de políticas e avaliação de controles internos.
  • Ferramentas: Vivência com plataformas de background check e monitoramento de Compliance.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA será considerado um diferencial.
