Estamos buscando uma pessoa Especialista em Engenharia de Software, com forte atuação técnica, visão de arquitetura e interesse em Inteligência Artificial aplicada a produtos e negócios.

Na Depositária, você atuará em sistemas críticos do mercado de capitais, contribuindo para a evolução da arquitetura, a confiabilidade das soluções e o desenvolvimento de novas capacidades com IA.

Buscamos alguém que vá além da implementação: uma pessoa com autonomia, pensamento crítico e visão de negócio, capaz de investigar problemas complexos, criar agentes inteligentes, automatizar processos e transformar novas tecnologias em soluções que gerem valor real para nossos clientes.

Hard Skills

  • Experiência sólida em engenharia de software, arquitetura de sistemas e desenvolvimento hands-on.
  • Domínio de C#/.NET e experiência com Node.js, TypeScript e Angular.
  • Experiência com microsserviços, APIs REST, arquitetura orientada a eventos e sistemas distribuídos.
  • Conhecimento prático de DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID, CQRS e Design Patterns.
  • Experiência com AWS, especialmente ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS e CloudWatch.
  • Conhecimento em mensageria e processamento assíncrono com RabbitMQ e Kafka.
  • Domínio de PostgreSQL, Redis e estratégias de persistência, cache e otimização de performance.
  • Experiência com Docker, Kubernetes, Linux e GitLab CI/CD.
  • Conhecimento em observabilidade, utilizando OpenTelemetry, Grafana, CloudWatch ou ferramentas equivalentes.
  • Experiência com testes automatizados, Code Review, análise estática e boas práticas de qualidade de software.
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento seguro, Secure SDLC e OWASP.
  • Capacidade de investigar e solucionar problemas complexos em sistemas críticos.
  • Conhecimento ou experiência prática com IA Generativa, integração de LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, busca semântica, tool/function calling e automação de processos com IA.

  • Conhecimento em MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLMOps, AgentOps, Evals e tracing de agentes.
  • Experiência com múltiplos modelos ou provedores de IA, incluindo estratégias de roteamento, cache e otimização de custos e tokens.
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas multi-agent, context engineering, memória de agentes, embeddings e bancos vetoriais.
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de produtos, serviços ou automações com IA integrada à experiência do usuário.
  • Conhecimento em micro-frontends, React e Next.js.
