Inteligência de clientes: Experiência do cliente, Dados e Expansão de Base (grande diferencial e atuação da vaga):

  • Mapear, capturar e monitorar dados internos e externos sobre o comportamento, uso e potencial dos clientes da base.
  • Analisar continuamente o Share of Wallet para identificar oportunidades de upsell, cross-sell e expansão de conta.
  • Cruzar indicadores de mercado (dados externos) com o engajamento na plataforma (dados internos) para gerar insights acionáveis para o time de CS e Vendas.
  • Desenvolver relatórios, dashboards e diagnósticos analíticos com o olhar focado na experiência do cliente.
  • Integração da jornada do cliente: identificação de pontos de fricção na jornada do cliente e proposição de ações; contribuição em ritos com comercial, operações e produtos.

Gestão de Projetos de Integração via API:

  • Atuar como ponte técnica e de negócios entre o cliente, os times internos de Produto e TI/Engenharia durante projetos de integração.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo do projeto de integração do início ao fim: alinhamento de prazos; requisitos e expectativas; remoção de bloqueios durante o Onboarding; operações assistidas; condução de reuniões
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócios do cliente em linguagem acessível para o time técnico e vice-versa.

Hard Skills

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas.
  • Excel avançado, incluindo Tabela Dinâmica, PROCX/ÍNDICE+CORRESP, FILTRO, Power Query, entre outros.
  • Conhecimento de mercado financeiro, preferencialmente mercado de capitais.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Matemática Financeira.
  • Conhecimento básico em SQL e manipulação de dados.
  • Conhecimento prático ou conceitual de integrações via API e arquitetura básica de sistemas SaaS/Fintech.
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de automação low-code, como n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, entre outras.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Capacidade de analisar grandes volumes de dados e transformá-los em insights e planos de ação comerciais ou estratégicos.

  • Capacidade de estruturar e comunicar ideias complexas de forma clara e objetiva.
