The posting

Responsibilities

Assist in outbound calls to prospective students and help convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments. Support day-to-day admissions administration including processing applications, coordinating campus tours, and preparing enrolment documents Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and communication records Assist in school visits, education fairs, and community outreach events to represent La Salle College Jakarta. Support the team with general administrative and reporting tasks as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; background in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Education is a plus Fresh graduates and final semester students are welcome to apply; any prior experience in sales, customer service, or campus organizations is an advantage Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus Proactive, energetic, and target-driven with a genuine interest in the education sector
