At LEAD, we support entrepreneurs building the next generation of innovative companies. As a mentor, you will play an important role in supporting founders and their teams by sharing experience, insights and network.

What the role involves

  • Providing strategic guidance on product, market and growth strategy
  • Offering practical feedback on business models, operations and team development
  • Coaching founders and leadership teams through key milestones
  • Opening doors to networks, partners and potential customers or investors

Who we’re looking for We welcome experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, executives and specialists who want to support early-stage companies and give back to the startup ecosystem.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have hands-on experience scaling teams, products or businesses in relevant industries (deeptech, medtech, life science, B2B SaaS or similar)
  • Can offer practical, actionable advice and are comfortable working in uncertain, fast-moving environments
  • Are willing to commit time to regular check-ins, ad-hoc support and occasional workshops or pitch sessions
  • Bring a network of contacts that can help founders with partnerships, customers, recruitment or funding

What LEAD provides:

Time commitment Mentoring arrangements vary depending on the startup’s needs. Typical commitments range from a few hours per month to a more intensive advisory relationship during critical fundraising or product milestones. We discuss and agree timeframes up front to ensure a good fit for both parties.
