1、深度参与电机控制算法研发，独立解决项目研发过程中的技术难点及系统性复杂问题，保障项目顺利推进。 2、根据部门技术路线及NTI、NPI项目需求，落地算法迭代优化工作，沉淀技术经验，助力团队技术能力积累。 3、负责基于MBD的电机控制、逆变器控制、整车控制、故障保护等算法模块的开发、测试与技术文档撰写。 4、设计算法原理级测试验证方案，完成算法仿真与功能验证，持续优化算法性能，保障算法可靠性与稳定性。 5、负责电机控制算法产品化落地，解决落地过程中的各类技术问题，确保算法可稳定量产应用。 6、严格按照ASPICE流程规范完成算法开发工作，标准化输出研发资料，保证研发过程合规可控。

1、硕士及以上学历，电气工程、电机、电力电子、自动化等相关专业。 2、3年及以上电机算法研发工作经验，有汽车行业电机控制开发经验者优先。 3、熟练掌握永磁同步电机、直流无刷电机及逆变器控制算法设计，熟悉各类观测器算法，精通PID、模糊逻辑、自适应控制等主流控制算法。 4、熟练掌握基于模型的开发方法，能够使用MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow完成算法开发、规则校验、静态测试等工作。 5、熟悉ASPICE、AutoSAR标准及汽车电子产品开发流程，具备功能安全开发经验者优先。 6、熟练使用各类软件测量与电机测试工具，熟悉CANopen over EtherCAT、CiA 402等伺服通讯协议。
