Assembler les nouveaux sous-ensembles et les produits finis, conformément aux instructions et aux normes de travail Recevoir et vérifier les bons de commandes et le matériel à assembler Inspecter les assemblages fabriqués par d’autres techniciens Analyser et réparer les assemblages défectueux Agir en tant que mentor et supporter les autres membres de l’équipe dans l’assemblage mécanique Coacher et former les assembleurs mécaniques ayant moins d’expérience S’assurer que les produits de Leadsonline rencontrent les spécifications et les normes de qualité Travailler en conformité avec les objectifs de la chaine d’approvisionnement et du département de production. Suivre les instructions de travail et utiliser les outils nécessaires, l’équipement d’essai, et les procédures de diagnostic, selon les directives. Développer une bonne connaissance des produits, de l’équipement d’essai et de la production de documentation Rapporter l’état du travail, les problèmes et toute contradiction dans la documentation au gestionnaire Supporter les autres membres de l’équipe si nécessaire Travailler avec d’autres départements, au besoin Se conformer aux exigences de santé et sécurité en milieu de travail Garder un environnement de travail propre et organisé

Qualifications et expérience

Diplôme d'études collégiales en génie mécanique ou l’équivalent Environ 5 ans d‘expériences professionnelle pertinentes Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement au sein d’une équipe de production. Formation et/ou expérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale, dans le domaine de l’assemblage électromécanique ou équivalent. Familier avec les outils mécaniques et électriques Excellente connaissance des composants électromécaniques et des systèmes, de l'équipement d'essai et des dessins mécaniques Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (bilinguisme requis) Rôle entièrement en présentiel.

Everything we do is grounded in our core values of Service, Energy, Ownership, and People—and we’re looking for someone who embodies these principles   What You’ll Do Responsible for assembling new subassemblies and the finished product in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and standards.

Assemble new subassemblies and finished products in accordance with work instructions and standards Receive and verify purchase orders and materials to be assembled Inspect assemblies manufactured by other technicians Analyze and repair defective assemblies Act as a mentor and support other team members in mechanical assembly Coach and train less experienced mechanical assemblers Ensure that LeadsOnline products meet specifications and quality standards Work in accordance with the objectives of the supply chain and production department Follow work instructions and use the necessary tools, test equipment, and diagnostic procedures as directed Develop a thorough understanding of products, testing equipment, and documentation procedures Report the status of work, issues, and any discrepancies in documentation to the manager Support other team members as needed Work with other departments as needed Comply with workplace health and safety requirements Keep the work environment clean and organized

  Qualifications & Experience

College diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a production team. Training and/or experience in the aerospace industry, in the field of electromechanical assembly or equivalent Familiar with mechanical and electrical tools Excellent knowledge of electromechanical components and systems, test equipment, and mechanical drawings Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism required) This is a fully on-site position.
