Als Principal Business Development bist du die Speerspitze unseres Wachstums. In dieser Position bist du kein Verwalter, sondern eine hochkarätige Seller-Persönlichkeit mit Hunter-DNA, die komplexe B2B-Deals auf C-Level-Ebene zum Erfolg führt. Du agierst als unternehmerisch denkender Partner unserer Neukunden und reportest in dieser strategisch entscheidenden Rolle direkt an unseren CEO.

Deine Aufgaben

  • High-Ticket Closing: Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales-Zyklus für Deals mit einem Volumen von 100.000 € bis hin zu siebenstelligen Jahresumsätzen.
  • C-Level Kommunikation: Du verhandelst souverän mit CEOs, CMOs und Heads of Digital, insbesondere in den Branchen E-Commerce, Finance, Telekommunikation und Energieanbieter.
  • Strategische Akquise: Du nutzt unsere exzellente Datenbasis und Markenbekanntheit, um gezielt Outbound-Potenziale zu heben und Inbound-Leads zu konvertieren.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Von der ersten Qualifizierung über den strategischen Pitch bis hin zur finalen Vertragsverhandlung und dem Closing liegt alles in deiner Hand.
  • Markenbotschafter: Du repräsentierst LEAP/ auf Top-Events, Konferenzen und Messen der Digitalbranche.

Dein Profil

  • Track Record: Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Neukunden-Sales und kannst ein nachweisbares Track Record im Closing von High-Ticket-Deals vorweisen.
  • Branchen-Know-how: Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für Online-Marketing, SEO und Conversion-Optimierung mit.
  • Hunter-DNA: Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung und bringst eine besondere Stärke im Bereich Outbound mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du fühlst dich in einer agilen Arbeitsumgebung wohl, die mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und vor allem remote agiert.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
