Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von SEO- und GEO-Strategien mit klarem Fokus auf messbares Wachstum in Sichtbarkeit, Traffic und Conversions
  • Verantwortung für die Performance deiner Kundenprojekte inklusive Zieldefinition, Maßnahmen Priorisierung und kontinuierlicher Erfolgskontrolle
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Wachstums-, Stabilisierungs- und Skalierungspotenzialen entlang klassischer Suchmaschinen und KI-basierter Suchsysteme
  • Strategische Beratung und regelmäßige Performance-Reviews mit Kund:innen bis auf Entscheider- und C-Level, inkl. klarer KPI-basierter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Analyse, Einordnung und Behebung kritischer Performance-Abweichungen (z. B. Core Updates, Traffic- oder AI-Visibility-Verluste)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast nachweislich SEO- und GEO-Projekte erfolgreich auf Wachstum, Stabilisierung oder Skalierung ausgerichtet und nachhaltige Performance-Erfolge erzielt
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung anspruchsvoller SEO-Kundenprojekte im Agentur- oder Inhouse-Umfeld mit
  • Du arbeitest konsequent KPI-orientiert und kannst Maßnahmen klar an Business-Zielen wie Traffic-Wachstum, Lead- oder Umsatzsteigerung ausrichten
  • Du nutzt gängige Analyse-Tools (z.B. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) sicher zur Steuerung, Bewertung und Optimierung der Performance
  • Du verfügst über ein tiefgehendes Verständnis moderner Such-Öko Systeme - von technischer SEO und Website-Architekturen bis hin zur Funktionsweise KI-basierter Such- und Antwortsysteme
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
