Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SEO-/GEO-Consultant (freiberuflich), der/die uns auf Projektbasis unterstützt, um unsere Kund:innen strategisch zu begleiten und unsere Sichtbarkeits- und Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben (Projekt- & Beratungsfokus)

Als freiberufliche*r SEO-/GEO-Consultant arbeitest du eng mit unserem Team und unseren Kund:innen zusammen und übernimmst:

  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von SEO-Strategien, auf Basis von Daten & KPI-Zielen
  • Performance-Analyse & KPI-Reportings sowie operative Optimierungsempfehlungen
  • Beratung auf Entscheider-Ebene (C-Level) mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Identifikation von Wachstums-, Skalierungs- und Stabilisierungspotenzialen
  • Umsetzung oder Begleitung technischer und inhaltlicher SEO-Maßnahmen

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (z. B. 5+ Jahre) als SEO-Experte bzw. SEO-Consultant bei Projekten für Agenturen oder Kunden
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei SEO-Strategie, Performance-Steigerung und Traffic-Wachstum
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.
  • Starke analytische und kommunikationsfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit, klare SEO-Empfehlungen ohne operative Teamstruktur durchzusetzen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift
