The posting

Leaseweb is one of the world's largest hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, serving over 20,000 customers globally. As Leaseweb is still growing, and we want to keep up with the market trends, the HR department is looking for a new colleague who focuses on the global rewards and benefits strategy.

As Rewards and Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for designing, evaluating and administrating employee compensation programs such as salary structures, short- and long-term incentives (RSU’s), job evaluations salary increases and salary surveys on a global scale to ensure standardization in the compensation philosophy. You will provide support for all Leaseweb entities in the Netherlands, Germany, US, UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

•Collaborate globally with HRBP’s in compensation matters like job evaluations, salary structures and short and long term incentives.

•Designs and develops career framework per Leaseweb entity using local benchmark. Advises CHRO on salary market trends and salary adjustments.

•Benchmarks incentive compensation plans and benefits and makes recommendations for enhancements or improvements required to keep the organizations plans competitive.

•Coordinates Annual Salary Increases and Company Bonus calculations for the organization.

•Designs and keeps track of HR metrics for all Leaseweb entities

•Stays informed about emerging trends and technologies in compensation and benefits and makes proposals based on benchmark.

•Manages RSU’s plan including communication with the vendor (Captin) and towards the employees. Facilitates informative sessions when needed.

•Assist in preparing department operational budgets and provide reports

What we’re looking for

•5 years of experience in a similar position

•Ideally, experience in setting up and administering RSU and ESPP programs

•Knowledge in employment- and tax law

•Compensation Certifications

•Experience with Excel

•Good written and verbal communication skills in English

•Self-motivated, proactive and continuous improvement mind-set

•Demonstrated project and time management skills

•Strong and proven analytical skills

•Team player with ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
