Wir suchen ab sofort in Teilzeit (20 - 30 Std./Woche), unbefristet, eine

Fachkraft Wohnen (m/w/d) und Gruppenmitarbeiter Fachkraft (m/w/d)

für den Geschäftsbereich Wohnen

  • Sie entscheiden über die Gestaltung und Organisation des Tagesablaufes der Bewohner*innen in einer Gruppe unter pädagogischen, rationellen, ergonomischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten mit Fachverstand und Herz. Die Stelle ist vor allem organisatorisch-pädagogisch ausgerichtet.
  • Sie assistieren den Bewohner*innen bei Angelegenheiten bei Ämtern, Behörden, Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuern und Öffentlichkeit.
  • Sie planen und unterstützen bei der bedarfsorientierten Betreuung der Bewohner*innen, ebenso helfen Sie mit bei der Teilnahme am Leben der Bewohner*innen in der Gemeinschaft und deren Verselbständigung.
  • Da es sich um eine Tätigkeit im Rahmen einer Leistung mit ganztägiger Präsenz handelt, sind Schicht- und Wochenenddienste Bestandteil der Arbeit. Eine transparente Kommunikation zu den konkreten Arbeitszeiten ist vorgesehen und wird im Bewerbungsprozess näher erläutert

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Heilerziehungspfleger*in, Krankenschwester*in, Altenpfleger*in, Ergotherapeut*in, Erzieher*in oder einen vergleichbaren pädagogischen/heilpädagogischen oder pflegerischen Abschluss.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen in die besonderen Belange von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung.
  • Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenzen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen.
  • Einen Führerschein der Klasse 3 oder B.
