Ihre Aufgaben:

Wir suchen ab sofort in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche), befristet bis zum 31.12.2026, eine/-n Haustechniker/in (m/w/d) für den Geschäftsbereich Wohnen „Haus am Wald“ Stellenausschreibung Nr.: 2026/05.05.

1. Allgemeine Aufgaben der Haustechnik

  • Überwachung, Wartung und Instandhaltung aller haustechnischen Anlagen (Bsp. Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Außenanlage/Grundstückspflege, Gebäudeinstandhaltung).
  • Regelmäßige Sichtkontrollen und technische Überprüfungen.
  • Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Inspektionsmaßnahmen.

2. Vor- und Nachbereitungen während der Sanierung

  • Schutzabdeckungen und Absperrungen vor Beginn der Arbeiten.
  • Entsorgung von Bauabfällen und Reinigung nach Abschluss.
  • Vorbereitende und nachbereitende Arbeiten im Haus für reibungslose Sanierungsarbeiten der externen Gewerke

3. Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben

  • Regelmäßige Wartung z.B. der Heizungsanlagen, Lüftungsanlagen u.s.w..
  • Überprüfung der Sicherheitsbeleuchtung und Notausgänge.
  • Kontrolle der elektrischen Anlagen und Aufzugssysteme.
  • Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Prüfprotokolle.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Anlagenmechaniker, Mechatroniker o. Ä.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik oder Gebäudemanagement von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
