Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin unbefristet (39 Std./Woche) eine engagierte Leitung für unsere Offenen Hilfen m/w/d mit den Bereichen Freizeit, Reisen und Familienunterstützenden Dienst Stellenausschreibung Nr.: 2026/20.08.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches
  • Planung und Organisation abwechslungsreicher Freizeit- und Teilhabeangebote
  • Planung von Gruppenreisen im Verbund Ostniedersachsen
  • Organisation von Einzelreisen und Gruppenreisen
  • Organisation unseres Freizeitclubs mit abwechslungsreichen Angeboten am frühen Freitagabend und Samstagnachmittag
  • Koordination und Begleitung unserer Übungsleiter sowie Ehrenamtlichen
  • Gewinnung, Anleitung und Unterstützung von ehrenamtlich Engagierten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Kooperationspartnern und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern
  • Aufbau und Pflege regionaler Netzwerke
  • administrative Aufgaben im Bereich der Offenen Hilfen

Das bringen Sie mit:

Sie bringen mit:

  • einen Abschluss als Sozialarbeiter*in/Sozialpädagoge*in, Weiterbildungen zum Schwerpunkt Integration und Teilhabe sind wünschenswert
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und ein wertschätzendes, inklusives Menschenbild
  • Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Ehrenamt, Mitarbeiterführung, Organisation und Freizeitgestaltung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein offenes, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft, Netzwerke aufzubauen und aktiv zu pflegen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen bei Freizeitangeboten und Veranstaltungen auch an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen
