The posting

Lefebvre Sdu is misschien wel de oudste AI-startup van Nederland. De technologie is nieuw, de kennis eronder bouwen we al 200 jaar. Dag in, dag uit. Wet voor wet. Woord voor woord. Dat is niet te kopiëren. Vanuit ons Nederlandse kantoor bouwen we GenIA-L, onderdeel van Lefebvre Group, de Europese leider in juridische en fiscale kennis. Een AI-platform dat zich nestelt in het werk van juristen en fiscalisten en hen klaarmaakt voor de toekomst. Meer dan 75.000 professionals werken er dagelijks mee, goed voor ruim 100 miljoen euro ARR in Europa. Ons team zoekt een Head of Operations die van een brede scope houdt.

HOE JIJ ONS VERDER BRENGT

We groeien hard en we weten waar we naartoe willen. Wat we nu bouwen is het fundament daaronder: heldere prioriteiten, projecten die worden afgemaakt en stuurinformatie waar het MT echt iets aan heeft. Daar krijg jij de ruimte voor, en een scope die weinig mensen hebben: IT, Data, Program Management, Compliance en Facilities, zo'n 30 mensen met elk hun eigen dynamiek. IT valt op dit moment nog onder de MD, dus een van je eerste opdrachten is dat team overnemen en integreren. Een flinke klus, en meteen de plek waar je verschil maakt. Je rapporteert aan Else Segers, VP Commerce & Operations, en zit aan tafel in ons nieuwe managementteam waar jullie samen de koers bepalen.

DIT GA JE DOEN

Het begint met overzicht. De eerste maanden gebruik je om te begrijpen wat er speelt, waar het schuurt en wat er blijft liggen. Vanaf daar ga je bouwen.

  • Je neemt IT over en brengt het samen met Data, Program Management, Compliance en Facilities onder in 1 organisatie.
  • Je brengt structuur aan waar projecten zijn blijven liggen, en maakt scherp waar we wel en niet op inzetten.
  • Je bouwt dashboards en rapportagestructuren die laten zien wat er speelt en waar de winst zit.
  • Je ontwerpt de processen en governance die bij een platformorganisatie horen, zonder de boel dicht te timmeren.
  • En je draagt actief bij aan de cultuurverandering die bij deze transformatie hoort, want systemen veranderen sneller dan gewoonten.

DIT ZOEKEN WIJ

Je krijgt energie van een brede, diverse scope. Je houdt van helderheid brengen in complexiteit, van mensen meekrijgen, ook als het schuurt, en van een organisatie die nog niet af is. En je bent niet bang om eerst te luisteren en te begrijpen, en daarna stevig door te pakken.

  • Ruime ervaring in een operationele leiderschapsrol, bij voorkeur in een organisatie in transformatie.
  • Bewezen track record in het aansturen van diverse teams, met een scope die IT, Data of Program Management omvat.
  • Sterk in verandermanagement. Je weet hoe je mensen meekrijgt en structuur aanbrengt op een manier die blijft hangen.
  • Goed in dashboarding en rapportage. Je maakt complexe informatie inzichtelijk voor iedereen die het nodig heeft.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een brede rol met een groot speelveld.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

  • Een variabel salaris dat meebeweegt met het bedrijfsresultaat: vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 4% en winstdeling tot 6%.
  • 23 vakantiedagen en een persoonlijk keuzebudget van 12%, waarvan 4% vrij inzetbaar.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling via PGB, inclusief aanvullende partnerverzekering.
  • 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Den Haag, op loopafstand van station Voorburg. De rest van de week waar je het beste werkt.
